At Wild Yonder, my philosophy is simple: wellness should be intentional, artful, and transformative—a journey inward that allows each client to emerge feeling renewed, radiant, and whole.
My journey into wellness has been a lifelong commitment. Over the years, I’ve explored movement arts like Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, and dance, shaping my understanding of balance, strength, and recovery. For over 12 years, I’ve brought this passion to massage therapy, blending movement with therapeutic touch to support active bodies and calm busy minds.
To me, bodywork is more than therapy; it’s an art where every movement carries intention and purpose. I approach each session with the precision of a craftsman, creating a flow that nurtures both body and spirit. With extensive training in various modalities, I tailor sessions to your unique needs—whether you’re looking to improve muscle recovery, mobility, or release chronic tension. I have significant experience helping clients recover from injuries and those pushing their physical limits, optimizing performance through the power of massage.
My wellness practice includes receiving massage, staying active, and maintaining balance in all areas of life. This dedication to harmony shapes the care I provide. I draw inspiration from nature, helping you feel grounded and enhancing your body’s ability to heal and thrive.
At Wild Yonder, I offer a space where true wellness meets physical performance, blending the art of massage with a deep connection to the body, movement, and nature—a sanctuary for restoration and strength.

At Wild Yonder, I thoughtfully choose every detail to honor your well-being. I use only organic, non-toxic oils in my services, ensuring a pure and nourishing experience for your body. My commitment to clean living extends to every corner of the space, including the linens, which are laundered with non-toxic, earth-friendly products. The gentle aromas that fill the air are entirely natural, so you can breathe deeply and relax.
During your massage session at Wild Yonder, you can expect to be cared for with thoughtfulness and a deep sense of safety. To make the most of your experience, I recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to settle in without missing any of your treatment time. Since the oils used during the massage are best absorbed by clean skin, it is recommended, but not required, that you shower before your appointment.
You’ll have the option to undress fully and slip beneath the generous draping, which ensures your comfort and modesty throughout the service. Before we begin, I’ll ask a few questions to tailor the session to your specific needs, and I’ll check in with you periodically about pressure and comfort levels.
During the session, I’ll use a variety of techniques, both with and without oil, to guide your body into balance. You may experience passive stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Shiatsu massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue work, medical massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping, and other modalities blended intuitively to meet your body’s needs.
When your session concludes, I’ll let you know and step out, giving you time to re-dress and process your experience before we wrap up your visit.
To get the most out of your massage session, it’s helpful to arrive well-hydrated and continue drinking plenty of water after your session and throughout the rest of the day. Many clients ask how to permanently “get rid of knots,” and I always share the same advice; massage is the first step in loosening tight, hardened, or fatigued muscles, but movement, balancing, and strengthening are equally important next steps. Additionally, it’s best to avoid alcohol after your massage, as it can slow the body’s ability to clear the lymphatic waste that has been moved through the system during your session. To further enhance your recovery and wellness, it’s also advisable to enjoy our infrared sauna, cold plunge, or try a class at one of our on-site fitness studios.
At Wild Yonder, I determine my pricing based on a few key factors, with the primary one being my level of experience and training. Since 2012, I’ve dedicated myself fully to this craft, maintaining the physical health and ability needed to excel in bodywork. Over the years, my skills in working with the body’s systems have only deepened, allowing me to address a wide range of ailments and stresses. My pricing also reflects the quality of the organic products I use and the carefully curated atmosphere I create for your experience.
My pricing is thoughtfully set to reflect the value of my time and experience, and I feel fully compensated with the amount charged. Anything beyond is a kind gesture, but never required.
To ensure a seamless experience and to honor the cancellation policy (below), it is kindly requested that a credit card be kept on file when scheduling future appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
